What do i need to get started?
- Valid Government ID, (expired ID’s, copies of ID’s) will not be accepted at our store.
- Bank Checking Account information. (Routing and Account number).
- Social Security Number
- Debit/Credit Card to put on file.(Must be in applicants name).
How Do the Payments Work?
- 90 Day Payment Option(outside California), or 3 months in California
- Payments are automatically taken from your bank account.
- You will have 90-100 Days to pay off amount without any penalties nor interest fees. If you choose to pay off after the early purchase option (90-100days) you will be paying more than DOUBLE the original amount.

- Sit Back, Relax, We will Call you to guide you. You can always browse our website’s product to pick a machine, Or come into the store to pick up any merchandise. Just bring your ID you applied with and that’s it.

How can I process an order if i want to use the purchase options?
- We have to process it for you and cannot be processed on our site unless you are using paytomorrow.
- Most orders are processed by phone so please give us a call right after you get your approval.
- If you want to pick up in store, we will process it in store just bring a valid ID (Government issued). A second form of identification may be requested such as: car registration, billing statement, etc. (Note, This identification process is the policy of Mac Star Computers. Asking for additional information or documents to verify identity before we release merchandise is part of Mac Star Computers identification policy).

Before we ship products all customers who go through our No Credit Check purchasing options Must: A) Send a Picture of your ID, and a second photo of you holding your ID (Selfie) to [email protected] . A second form of identification such as (car registration, Credit card bill, utility bill, etc. may be asked by Mac Star Computers stated in Mac Star Computers Identity Policy)
- We ship via Fedex Ground. Shipping times are 3-10 business days. Please review our shipping policy.
How do the payments work?
- You can choose weekly, bi-weekly, or month. You may change the frequency of payments you make but the first payment date can not be changed.
- Minimum payments will be automatically deducted from your account. (Autopay).
- There is a 90-100 day option. If your account can be paid in full within 90-100 days there will be no interest added to your account. Note: you will be automatically setup for a 1 year payment plan. To exercise the 90 day option, you must pay in full before the 90th day.
- Please note Acima Credit Doesnt not show up as a hard credit inquiry. Acima may also be known as a credit builder application meaning your balance and payments may show up on your credit report.( Does not leave a hard inquiry) Paying your balance over time may increase your credit score. This may work vice versa, failure to make payments may affect your credit.
