Optical Design

The Sigma 28-105mm f/2.8 DG DN Art Lens features an advanced optical design that ensures exceptional image quality. It includes two F Low Dispersion (FLD) and one Special Low Dispersion (SLD) elements, which effectively minimize chromatic aberrations and color fringing across the zoom range, enhancing clarity and color accuracy. Additionally, five aspherical elements are incorporated to combat spherical aberrations and distortion, delivering superior sharpness and precise rendering. To further protect your lens, a water- and oil-repellent coating is applied to the front element, helping to prevent liquids from adhering to the glass.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]
