Designed for Super 35 sensors, this wide-angle prime lens blends cinematic 2.35:1 imagery with the flexibility of modern autofocus technology. Featuring a powerful STM motor for quick and silent focusing and a fast T1.8 aperture for optimal low-light performance, this lens is a creative powerhouse for filmmakers. Super 35 Coverage

The 1.33x squeeze factor enables true anamorphic widescreen visuals when shooting in a 16:9 aspect ratio, producing immersive 2.35:1 images. Its 37mm image circle covers Super 35 sensors fully and can also be used on full-frame sensors with controlled vignetting, offering a unique, cinematic look.

Manual and Autofocus

Unlock flexible control with both manual and autofocus capabilities. The lens’s STM stepping motor delivers smooth, quiet autofocus—ideal for video. Eye-tracking AF ensures precise subject focus, while an AF/MF switch lets you quickly toggle between manual and auto modes. The built-in AF-L button enables creative functions like focus locking or custom recalls.

Ideal for Low-Light Shooting

With a wide T1.8 maximum aperture, the 20mm AF lens excels in challenging lighting environments. It allows for low ISO shooting in dark settings while still achieving beautiful background separation. The minimum focus distance of just 15.7″ lets you get closer to your subject for detailed, intimate shots.

Flares and Distinctive Bokeh

Achieve a signature anamorphic aesthetic with this lens’s unique bokeh and flare characteristics. When shooting wide open, enjoy a striking hexagonal bokeh, while stopping down produces the classic oval bokeh typical of anamorphic lenses. The lens also delivers neutral flares that adapt to different light sources, adding cinematic depth and character to your footage.

All-Around Wide Prime

With a horizontal field of view equivalent to a 22mm full-frame lens, this 20mm prime is ideal for landscape, street, architectural, and establishing shots. Its wide angle combined with anamorphic stretch creates a bold, expansive look while maintaining natural perspective.

Compact Cine-Style Form

Built for professional workflows yet compact and lightweight (just 1.1 lb and 3.8″ long), the 20mm T1.8 lens is perfect for fast-moving productions. It shares uniform gear positioning with Sirui’s 40mm AF lens for efficient rig compatibility. Standard cine features include a 77mm front filter thread, 360° geared focus ring, and a female USB-C port for firmware updates.
