All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Local delivery is available for some orders with shipping addresses that are in a 20 mile radius of the store. Additional information may be needed. For online orders we do not provide local deliveries. Local deliveries are for over the phone orders only. We may deny the offer for local delivery to any customer as we choose due to unavailability of a delivery driver.
Deliveries are made from 2pm-8pm 7 days a week. We will contact you via phone call with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. Failure to reach you for to set up time and date within 24 hours of purchase will result in your item to be shipped.
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 10am-7pm Monday-Saturday and 11am-5pm on Sunday excluding holidays. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
For online orders you can also login into your account to review the status.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We use fedex shipping services to deliver packages. They will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you have a PO box listed in your shipping address it will delay your shipments until you update the shipping address.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We do not accept returns for a full refund. You may exchange your item within 7 days of receiving your item with an item equal or greater value. Please note: Once a package is labeled delivered from the tracking number provided, we will no longer be responsible for the package.
If your package is labeled delivered from your tracking number, but you have not received the item, you may call us to create a claim for you. We will not refund you the item in this situation. We will go based off fedex claim solution if we refund the item or not. For example if fedex approves the claim , you will get your refund for any lost or stolen packages.
